Eugene Charles Schleyer

Schleyer, Eugene C. beloved husband of Sharon Ayres Schleyer, devoted father of Cindie (Norman) Hedberg, Carole (Jim) Brown, Chuck (Carol) Schleyer, proud grandpa of 8 grandkids and 4 great grandkids and their spouses, loving brother of Peggy Ann Cochran and the late Sharon Huggard. He was preceeded in death by his parents William and Delores Gossling Schleyer. He passed away, July 4, age 74, residence Milford, OH. He was very active in the Goshen community as a fireman, police sergeant, life squad, pee wee football coach, and Masonic organizations. Retired engineer from Senco Products where he traveled around the world three times. He was an avid hunter and past director of the Sabina Gold Wing Road Riders Association. Services Evans Funeral Home, Milford, Saturday, July 9, 2016, 10 AM, visitation Friday 5:30 - 7:30 PM with Goshen Lodge F&AM #119 services at 7:30 PM. Burial at Goshen Cemetery with full Police and Fire Department Honors. The family requests memorials to the charity of your choice.
