Everett Lee Alsip

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Everett Lee Alsip, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, who left this earth on September 11, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on March 10, 1942, in Corbin, Kentucky, to the late Estle Alsip and his stepmother Mildred Alsip. Everett proudly called Milford, Ohio, his home for 64 years, where he cultivated lasting friendships and a strong sense of community, meanwhile being proud of his Corbin roots.


Everett was the beloved husband of 42 years to his late wife, Wanda L. Alsip (nee Ramsey); He is survived by his loving girlfriend of 15 years Linda Hubbard; Cherished father of Kimberly (Doug) Patterson, Edward Alsip, Michael (Angie Schwarz) Alsip; Dear grandfather of Ashley (Steve), Heather, Aaron (Sara), Nathan (Ally), Austin (Taylor), Emma, and Kayla (Jackson); Great-grandfather of Jaydyn, Emma, Ella, Hannah, Avery, Connor, Violet, and Ben.


Along with his parents and wife, Everett is preceded in death by his siblings Bee Alsip and Geraldine Stevens.


Everett was known for his unwavering patriotism and his enthusiasm for firearms, qualities that reflected his vibrant spirit and zest for life. He dedicated over three decades of his career as a supervisor in the ice cream production room at United Dairy Farmers in Norwood, Ohio, where he made many cherished friends and continued to meet monthly with his former coworkers, sharing laughter and memories.


A devoted family man, Everett reveled in spending time with his children and grandchildren. Family cookouts, holidays together, and attending sports events filled his life with joy and purpose. In the company of his late wife, Wanda, he created many cherished memories in places such as Branson, Missouri, and Corbin, Kentucky. He was also an avid gamer, enjoying evenings filled with cards and the thrill of the casino and horse track.


Everett's unwavering love extended to his dog, Ginger, who brought him companionship and joy. He was known for his strong work ethic, infectious smile, and engaging personality-qualities that made him a friend to all. He had a remarkable gift for making others laugh and never met a stranger, living life to the fullest with a heart full of love.


In honor of his remarkable life, funeral services will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford, Ohio. Visitation will take place from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025, followed by a service at 1:00 PM. Everett will be laid to rest at Graceland Memorial Gardens, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life and legacy.
