Fannie Belva Spangler

Fannie Belva Spangler, age 93 of Branch Hill, died Tuesday afternoon at the Arbors of Milford. She was born Feb. 8, 1923 in Pennington Gap, Virginia the daughter of the late Orb and Paralee Johnston Wallen. She was a retired Nurse's Aid in the health care industry. Her husband Clifford preceded her in death in 1981. she is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law; Harvey (Judy), James, Thomas, Mark (Kathy) Douglas (Lena) and Timothy (Arlene) Spangler, grandchildren; Debbie, Diane and Matthew, great grandchildren; Lacy Spangler, Lawrence Puleo, Artie & Lauren Lewis & Jacob Spangler, 1 great-great grandchild; Skyla Young, a brother; David Wallen. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her 2 grandchildren; Dana & Daniel and 13 siblings. Services will be 10:30AM Saturday, April 16th at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville. Friends may call 6:00 to 8:00PM Friday at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford.
