Frances “Fran” M Nordman

Frances M. "Fran" Nordman age 77, of Cincinnati passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at the Otterbein Small House in Maineville. She was born March 2, 1944 in Dayton, Kentucky the daughter of the late Caldwell and Edith (nee Robbins) Hamblin. She attended Dayton High School, where she was a cheerleader. This opened the door for her to become a Ben-Gal's Cheerleader. Fran had a feature article about being a Ben-Gal ran in the Cincinnati Enquirer on April 15, 2004 for the 40th anniversary of the Cincinnati Bengals being in the league. She retired as a Dental assistant with Dr. Paul Staubitz, and was a long time dental surgical assistant for Dr. John Miller on the Westside of Cincinnati. On August 19, 1972 she married Joseph A. Nordman III at the Beverly Hills Supper Club in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She is survived by her husband, Joe, children; Kevin Harmon, Joseph A. Nordman IV "J.A", Gabrielle (Adam) Krauss, grandchildren; Jessica (Evan) Jones, Stephen Harmon, Corinna (Chris) Bayes, Mike Harmon, Parker, Grayson and Brooklyn Krauss, great grandchildren; Leah and Lincoln Jones, brother; Terry (the late Shirley) Hamblin, nieces; Trinia, Shannon and Toni Hamblin, sister-in-law; Bonnie Hamblin. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael Darrel (Bobbie) Harmon, brother, Tim Hamblin and infant sister Barbara Hamblin.
