Francis (Frank) Edward McCullough, 72, passed Sunday, March 24, 2024. Son of the late Francis C. and Alice McCullough. Survived by his cherished partner of almost 30 years Anne Smith, sisters Patti (Bob) Murdock and Alice Solove, sons of the heart Richard A. (Yvette) Smith and the late David W. Smith (Nichelle), numerous nieces, nephews, great niece and literally hundreds of friends. A private service to be held at a later date
