BELLISSEMO, FRANK J. – Beloved husband of 57 years to Sue Ellen Bellissemo (nee Cole); Devoted father of Dan (Crissie) Bellissemo, Tricia (Joe) Cusma, Heather (Corey) Ward, Nick (Josie) Bellissemo, and Scott Bellissemo; Loving grandfather of Kelli(Andrew), Ellen (Mark), Dominic, Paige, Sierra, Spencer, Jack, Joey, Max, Nick, Grace, Bella, Lily, Drew, and Charlie; Great grandfather of Henry and Nora; Dear brother of Joseph (Noma) Bellissemo, and the late Michael Bellissemo; Frank retired from Cincinnati Water Works. He was a member of the “Little Italy Gang” of South Fairmount. He was well known in the area for being a high school referee in football, basketball, and volleyball. He traveled the world with his wife, Sue. He was a United States Marine veteran that got to experience the Honor Flight with his granddaughter. Frank was a huge Bengal fan. Most importantly he loved his family and being part of get-togethers and watching his grandchildren’s sporting events as well as spending quality time with friends. Frank passed away Sunday April 16, 2023, age 81 years, Resident of Bridgetown; Memorial mass at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church 4366 Bridgetown Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45211, Saturday April 22, 2023, at 10:30 AM. Following Mass there will be Celebration of Frank's life at Knights of Columbus in Cheviot 3619 Glenmore Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45211 until 3:00 PM. If so, desired memorials may be sent to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati 341 Erkenbrecher Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.
