Frank J. Shockley III, loving father of Alexis Werner, beloved son of Mary K. (Bill) Abbott and the late Frank J. Shockley Jr., dear brother of Missi (Ross) Newman and Patty (Dale) Valentine. Passed away March 24, 2016 at the age of 36 years. He was a resident of Union Township, Ohio. A celebration of his life will be held at the Full Gospel House of Refuge, 516 Old State Route 74, Mt. Carmel, Ohio 45244, on Saturday. April 16th from 5 to 8 PM.
