Frostina Henderson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frostina Henderson, a cherished mother, sister, daughter, and friend. Frostina was born on September 3, 1976, in St. Mary's, OH, and passed away peacefully on May 28, 2025, in Sidney, OH.

A proud graduate of McCreary Central High School, Frostina dedicated her career as a machine operator at Copeland LLC, where she earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues. Yet, it was her role as a mother that defined her life most deeply. She is survived by her loving daughter Nikki (Justin) Robinson, son John Michael Henderson, daughter Angela Williams, son Damien Williams, as well as her devoted brothers James, Michael, Sam Fryman, and sister Jessica Gregory. She was also the beloved daughter of James and Flonnie Fryman; and her fiance James Sheetz.

Frostina was a woman of many passions and interests. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life: shopping was her favorite pastime, and she had a remarkable talent for cooking, often experimenting with recipes she discovered online-followed by the occasional takeout pizza. Her love for reading was profound, and she often lost herself in the pages of a good book. Family and friends will fondly remember her heartwarming collections of gnomes and her knack for solving puzzles with remarkable patience. Frostina had a green thumb, nurturing her garden to bloom with vibrant colors, as she also embraced adventure in her travels and expressed her creativity through painting.

In remembrance of her life, a visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on June 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM until 3:30PM, where all are invited to celebrate the beautiful spirit of Frostina Henderson.

As we gather to honor her legacy, we reflect on the love, laughter, and kind-hearted nature that Frostina shared with everyone around her. Though she has departed from this world, her memory will forever remain in our hearts.
