Moore loving father of Sean (Stacey) Moore and Shannon Moore; beloved grandfather of Ashley Moore, Haley Moore, Jaden Moore, Ruby Moore, Sadie Moore, Daisy Moore, Joey Livengood, Corey Lunsford, Tanner Carroll, Becca Carroll and Colton Carrol; dear brother of Roger Moore, Gary Moore, Pamela Amann and the late Ronnie Moore; he was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Nina (nee Smith) Moore. Passed away Sunday April 24, 2016. Age 60. Residence Fayetteville, OH. Garland worked as a foreman and equipment operator for Bray Construction Company. He was a true outdoorsman that loved hunting and fishing.Friends may call Thursday April 28, 2016 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, OH 45122. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery in Newtonsville, OH.
