Garnett Riggs of Goshen, Ohio. Born August 20, 1947, the daughter of the late James Jess and Thelma Wright Harr. Went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2020 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Wiley David Riggs for 53 years. Loving mother of daughters Becky Sue Riggs Pennington of Bethel, Ohio and Angela Elizabeth Riggs Baker of Goshen, Ohio. Cherished grandmother of Nicholas Byron Pennington, Krystal Megan Pennington, Krystin Mariah Pennington, Amanda Maria Cintron and Liam Ravin Kincaid Baker. Treasured great-grandmother of Markus Wiley Smith, Skylar Ann Siekbert, Kayleigh Rae Smith and Lucas William Siekbert. Dear sister of the late Dora Burton, Mary Back, Wanda Stephenson, Elvie Turner, Dixie Conrad, Dorothy Baker, Billie Gregory, Debbie Ross, Julie Bogan, James Harr and the late Lisa Harr. Family will received friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Thursday, August 13th from 10-11 AM. A graveside service will follow at Plainview Cemetery beginning at 11:30 AM.
