Gene Edward Hess Jr.

Gene E. Hess age 74, of Terrace Park, passed October 7, 2017 at his daughter's residence in Terrace Park. He was born July 24, 2017 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the son of Eugene E. and Anna Marie (nee Wargo) Hess Sr. His father passed away at an early age and the Priests and Nuns of his local Catholic Church made it possible for him to be a proud graduate of the Central Catholic High School of Pittsburgh. After receiving his Masters Degree he was employed as either the Chief Financial Officer or Executive President of multiple companies. Some of those are LaRosa Fuel Inc of West Virginia, Mills Corporation of Washington D.C., General Growth of Iowa and Zamigias Corperation of Pittsburgh. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Sonya and Frank Geers, son and daughter-in-law Randolph and Ann Hess, 5 grandchildren; Bailey (Bailey) Geers, Max Geers, Charlie Geers, Randy Hess and Christia Hess, sister; Linda Hughes, brothers; Ricky, Jim and Steven Hughes and his beloved former wife; Gayle Hess. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister; Mary Louise Hughes. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 Noon, October 27, 2017 at the St. Andrew Church, 552 Main St. Milford, Ohio 45150 with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of Mass.
