George Heiob

Heiob, George, 70, passed April 7, 2020. Beloved husband of Phyllis Heiob (nee Hood). Loving father of Amy Dent (Ray) and Joey Heiob (Danelle); Grandfather of Jordan Majors (Zach), Jacob Dent (Randi), Noah Dent, Sammie Heiob and Sarah Heiob; Great grandfather of Rowan Majors, Stella Majors, Little Jake Dent and Rolland Dent. Also survived by his Uncle John Mitchell, Aunt Cathy Mitchell, Cousin Jeff Mitchell, who was like a brother, Cousin Kim Engle and best friends Ken & Carol Parks.
George was a Sergeant in the US Army serving in Italy and Vietnam. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/2 bronze Service Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Valorous Unit Citation and a Purple Heart.
Funeral Monday April 13, 2020 12:30 PM. Visitation from 11 AM until time of Service. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, OH. While the general public is welcome for the Visitation, the Funeral is limited to immediate family only. Memorials to St. Jude Hospital www.stjude.org/
