George Marce Hodge

George Marce Hodge age 90 of Blanchester, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Bethesda North Hospital. He was born March 17, 1930 in Buchanan County, Virginia the son of Hugh and Ida (nee Price) Hodge. He is a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1950 until 1952. George retired from General Electric as a drill press operator. His first wife, Eula Gilbert and his second wife, Lina Miller, both preceded him in death. He is the loving father of the late Linda Bromberg, Debbie Mason, Ronnie Hodge, and David Hodge, stepfather of Pam Hodge, Bev Hargis and Bill Fyffe, devoted grandfather of Angelia, Michael, Josh, Zach, Joey, Rachel, Rebekah, Brittany, Sara, George, Sandy and Stephanie, step grandfather of Brandy, Tonya, Kirstin and Wyatt dear brother of; Lewis Hodge, Dallas Hodge, Phyllis Murphy and Ruth Eighmy. Along with his parents and wives he was preceded in death by 2 infant grandchildren, and 5 siblings. Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, December 12, 2020 at the Goshen Church of God. Rev. Barry Clardy will officiate. Burial will follow in the Graceland Memorial Gardens in Miami Township. Family and friends may visit 6:00 to 8:00 PM, on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Memorials may be made to St. Jude.
