George Herman Short, beloved husband of Lexie Copley Short, devoted father of Patricia (Charlie) Varner, Michelle Gross and Jennifer (Kevin) Johnson, loving grandfather of Melissa Varner, Troy Varner, Beth Davis, Heather Kozloski, Benjamin Lindsley and Olivia Luke, great-grandfather of Taylor Varner, Aniston Varner, Zoe Varner, Avery Davis, Harper Kozloski and Lexie Kozloski, dear brother of Robert T. Short. Passed away on December 22, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, Goshen, on Wednesday, December 27th from 12:30 PM until time of funeral services beginning at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
