Grace Fulmer

Grace Fulmer, a beloved wife and mother passed away November 29, 2024 in Cincinnati, Ohio at age 92. Born in Glasgow, Scotland on November 9, 1932 she left Scotland and moved to Norwood, Ohio to live with her married sister at age 19. She met a neighbor two doors down soon after, that would end up becoming her loving husband for over 71 years until her passing. They would have two kids together. She and her husband took care of their handicapped daughter for half a century. She loved to bowl and play volleyball for years. She also still exercised every day. She also loved to go to the casinos and play the slots. She loved the Cincinnati Reds and watched every game she could on TV. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary Smith, eight siblings, and her daughter Joyce Elaine Fulmer. She is survived by her husband Richard S. Fulmer, son Richard G. Fulmer, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Monday, December 9th from 1 PM until the funeral service beginning at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
