Hazel May Cornelius

Hazel May Cornelius (nee Shepard), passed away June 9, 2016 at the age of 95. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Cornelius and her son Richard Cornelius. She is survived by a son Dennis Cornelius along with 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Monday, June 13th, from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SEM Haven, 225 Cleveland Ave. Milford, OH 45150.
