Helen L. Fahrnbach

Helen L. Fahrnbach age 92, of Pleasant Plain, passed away surrounded by her family, Monday, April 27, 2020. She was born February 22, 1928 in Cincinnati the daughter of John E. and Vera Elizabeth (nee Faddis) Fahrnbach. Helen was a graduate of Goshen High School and worked during WWII at the Wright Manufacture Company near Wright Patterson Air Force Base, stepping up to support the defense system with the men off to war. Later on, she worked at former Glancy Hardware in Goshen. She is survived by her children and spouses; Rick & Susan Hall, Pamela & Jim Abshire, Michelle Riggs, Andrew Scott Hall, daughter-in-law; Rita Hall, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a brother and sister-in-law; Donald & Carol Fahrnbach and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son; Michael Hall, a grandchild, her brothers; Edward, Joseph, Lou and John Fahrnbach and sisters; Carolyn Berg and Anna Williams. A Celebration of Life is being planned for a future date, when families and friends can once again visit and hug with safety. Her family requests that memorials in her honor be made to St. Jude.
