Howard Eugene Doughman

Howard Eugene Doughman age 81, of Wilmington, formerly of the Blanchester- Edenton area, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at his daughter's residence in Wilmington. He was born November 28, 1926 in Edenton, Ohio the son of Virgil and Maggie (nee Hill) Doughman. He worked in escavation and construction until his retirement. He is survived by his children; H.Wade Doughman, Stacey Adams, Tonya Pegg, Seth Doughman, Joel Doughman, Mary Doughman, 23 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren, two sisters; Peggy Campbell and Doris McShane. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter; Lisa Ann Scott, and 2 grandchildren and siblings, Dorothy, Alice, Charles and Don. Services will be 11:00AM Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the Bible Baptist Church, 55 Megan Dr. Wimington, OH 45177 with visitation at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service. His family and friends may visit 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday Aug. 29th, at the Evans Funeral, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen 45122. Pastor Josh Dixon will officiate. Burial will follow in the Woodville Cemetery of Wayne Township.
