Willoughby, devoted mother of Ed (Stephanie) Willoughby, the late David Willoughby and Patricia Ann Jeffers, mother in law of James Jeffers, loving grandmother of Jay Jeffers, Tammy Sipple and Amy Jeffers, great grandmother of Zachary Jeffers, caring sister of the late Eleanor Eismann.
