Henefelt, Jack C., passed April 2, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Juanita Henefelt; Loving father of Julianne (Don) Wood and Dave (Robin) Henefelt; Grandfather of Jared and Matthew. Also survived by niece Kasey Fox and great -niece Jordan Fox. Visitation Friday April 6th 10 - 11 AM. Funeral at 11 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, OH.
