Jack Phelps, loving husband of 67-years (Audell). Brother to (6) Joann, Ray, Louise, Jean, Wayne, Patti. Dad to (3) Bill, Bob, Barb. Papaw to (12) Tosha, Casey, BJ, Tabitha, Stephanie, Jonny, Maddie, Chloe, Noelle, Isabelle, Samantha, Justin. Great Papaw to (21) Anna, Braden, Sawyer, Rylee, Brantley, Cam, Evie, Addie, Ollie, Cooper, Theo, Sophia, Tristan, Jaiden, Ethan, Remi, Xander, Avie, Kylee, Sawyer, TJ. Great, Great Papaw (1) Oaklee.

Retired after 31 years at General Motors in Norwood and had a wonderful retirement for the next 36 years, of which 10 were in Florida, He loved to tell stories about his golfing experiences where he started out as a caddy at 12 years old at the Western Hills country club, he would ride his bike to and from work every day. He once caddied for Bob Hope and also had his first of 3 hole in ones at age 14. He played organized softball with his kids until he was in his 60's He loved to play guitar and was an avid golfer until he became a resident at the memory care unit of Pinebrook for the last 5 years of his life, where Audell visited with him ever day, there he and Audell became family with the staff.

He was the "ICON" example of Husband, Father, and Papaw.

Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home - Milford 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio 45150, Monday March 25, 2024, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.

The family of Jack would like to extend sincere appreciation for the care of him for the 5 years spent at Pinebrook under the care of the nurses and nyas at Pinebrook.
