James Arlis Belew passed on to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 20, 2016. He was born in Corbin, Kentucky, July 4, 1932 to his predeceased parents Arlis and Beatrice (Wilson) Belew. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his dedicated wife Carol Sue, daughters Debra (Randall), Laura (Geoff) and Michele, sons James (Laura) and Randall (Shelli) and five sisters, eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren. James was a Military Policeman for the Army during the Korean War. After leaving the Army, he moved to Milford, Ohio where he and his father built his first home. He was an entrepreneur and owned several small businesses. He retired in 1996 after selling his last business. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday evening at 7 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church in Milford. The family will receive friends at the church from 6-7 PM.
