James "Jimmy" Wesley Bills husband of Carol (nee Roll) Bills; loving father of Josh (Tammy) Bills and the late Jamie Bills; beloved Pappal of Austin, Ashley, Carleigh, Wesley, Jayden, Jenna, Jake, Christian, and Laci; dear brother of Walt, Clara, Barbara, Donna, and Dora. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Willa Mae Bills; and by his siblings, Phyllis, Juanita, and Betty. Tuesday April 5, 2016. Age 56. Residence Goshen. Private Celebration of Life will be observed by the family.
