Cook, James "Dewey", 51, passed November 11, 2017. Loving father of Scotty Cook and Jeffrey (Jen) Cook; Cherished son of Azora Whipple Cook and James Cook; Dear brother of Teresa (Dan) Hinkle, Becky (Denise Eckert) Haun and Michael (Anne) Cook. Also survived by ex-wife Carolyn Cook and 14 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Thursday November 16th 6 - 7 PM.
