James Ray Foley beloved son of the late Donald and Doris (Rupert) Foley; loving brother of William Foley, Laurence (Brenda) Foley, Cheryl Foley Smith and the lte Dennis Foley; dear uncle of Todd Foley, Alisha Foley Creech and Megan Smith. Passed away Sunday December 23, 2018. Age 58. Residence St Louis, MO. James served in the US Army and was honorably discharged. He then became a union welder. Services to be held at a later date.
