James M. Harper, beloved husband of Carol Sue Harper, father of John D. (Christina) Harper, Juanita (Larry) Dowling and the late James M. Harper III, step-father of Donald Center Jr., grandfather of 6, great-grandfather of 5, he is also survived by his brothers John Harper and Jay Harper. Passed away on November 13, 2018 at the age of 77. He was a resident of Goshen, Ohio. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Monday, November 19th from 1 PM until time of funeral services beginning at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
