James Roger Hicks Sr

James R. Hicks Sr. beloved lifelong partner of Helen "Sweet Pea" Bishop; loving father of James R. (Sandra) Hicks Jr. and Kristy Jones; cherished Grandpa of Bailey, Rudy and James Elliot; dear brother of Jerry (Josie) Hicks, Herbert (Shirley) Hicks, Donna Hicks, Darlene (Tom) Kieffer, Raymond (Judy) Hicks, Joyce (Jerry) Maco and the late Jana Hicks; uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, James B. and Lavina (nee Donohoo) Hicks. Passed away March 24, 2019. Age 72, Residence Springdale. James served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. He worked many years at General Electric until his retirement. Celebration of Life service will be held at the Goshen United Methodist Church, 6710 Goshen Road, Goshen, OH on Friday March 29, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
