JONES, James Eugene "Casey" - Beloved husband of 59 years to Sue Jones (nee Harrison); Devoted father of James Patrick (Leigh) Jones, Pamela Sue (Mark) Lindeman, and Shawn Harrison (Amy) Jones; Grandfather of Casey Sue Jones, Jordan Grant (Kelsie) Lindeman, and Madison Pierce Lindeman; Dear brother of Thomas Lee Jones, the late Johnny Ray (Shirley) Jones, and the late Timothy Lou Jones; Survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews; Casey was born in Cincinnati; Retired engineer from General Motors, and also worked as an individual independent contractor engineer for General Electric where he retired in 2012; He is a Retired U.S. Army National Guard; Dedicated to youth sports where he coached baseball and football; Member of Hamers Lodge 0228 F&AM, Scottish Rite, and Syrian Shrine, He was a regular attender of Newtonsville UMC; Passed away at Christ Hospital Tuesday February 20, 2018 age 81 years; Resident of Batavia, Ohio, Visitation at Newtonsville United Methodist Church 518 Liberty Street Newtonsville, Ohio 45158, Friday February 23, 2018 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Plainview Cemetery in Newtonsville, Ohio. Evans Funeral Home - Goshen assisting the family.
