Maggard, James E., 82, resident of Oneida, KY, passed March 31, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Mary Louise Dirienzo Maggard. Loving father of Michaela L. Forste and Marty J. Maggard. Cherished grandfather of Jessica Maggard and Mathew Lee Forste. Great-grandfather of Myles, Hannah, Maddelyn and McKenna. Dear brother of Avalou Maloney and David Allen of Clay County KY. James served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
