James Newcomer Miller

James “Jim” Newcomer Miller, 74, passed away on December 13, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Sue Slagle Miller and the loving brother of Jane (Gene) Mosier, John Miller and Joe (Bill Knecht) Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews Stasia (Sam) Peake, Andy (Kristen) Mosier, Amy (Kyle) Karns and great nieces and nephews Neeli Torres, Bryce Torres, Kyler Torres, Eliza Mosier, Zane Mosier and Kam Karns.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at 3 PM Friday, December 16, 2022 with visitation starting at 2 PM at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio.

Jim was a 1965 graduate of Marysville High School in Marysville, Ohio. He also graduated from Ohio College of Applied Science in Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife Sue were avid supporters of Children's Hospital. Jim had a lifelong love of motorcycles. In addition to this passion, he is also survived by a 1956 F-100 Ford pickup truck that he lovingly and proudly restored.
