James Robert Rosic

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Robert Rosic on October 2, 2024, at the age of 62. James was born on December 26th, 1961, to the late Robert and Kathryn Harper (nee Rosic).

James was the beloved husband of Donna Rosic (nee Chapman); Dear brother of Judy Rosic, Linda Parr, Karen (Terry) Previtt, and Donna Rosic; Brother-in-law of Debbie (Dan) Clark, Diana (Curt) Norwood, and Mark Hansman. James is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Along with his parents, James is preceded in death by his siblings Glenn Harper and Glenda Stevens, his father-in-law and mother-in-law Kenneth and Faye Chapman, and his sister-in-law Dee Hansman.

James will always be remembered for his kind and generous nature. He devoted his life to helping others without expecting anything in return. As a hard-working heavy equipment operator, James poured his heart into his work, always striving to do his best.

A jokester at heart, James had a way of making those around him smile and laugh, bringing joy to the lives he touched. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home - 1944 OH-28, Goshen, OH 45122. Funeral service will be held the next morning, Tuesday, October 8th beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery.
