James Edward Wilson

James Edward Wilson, Jr. (Eddie) from Milford, Ohio went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. He was ready to see his Savior and many other loved ones that had gone on before him.

He was born to Delores McCullough-Wilson (Daulton) and James Wilson, Sr. on June 25, 1950 who preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Milford High School and served in the United States Army, Spec 4, Infantry Division in Panama for 22 months.

He was married 46 years to Brenda (Redwine) and the proud Dad to Justin, sister to Loraine Rotroff (Ronnie) and favorite sister-in-law, Linda Redwine (Ed) and numerous family members and many friends.

Eddie had a lifelong love and passion to serve his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He made a difference in many people's lives by pastoring for over 35 years and investing his time and energy into helping others. He continued to minister to others even from his hospital bed, praised God during his weakest and painful hours. "And of some have compassion making a difference." Jude 1:22

He volunteered at Cincinnati Challenge Ranch for 8+ years leading chapel and mentoring many men. Eddie enjoyed helping others to spark an interest to read the Bible, serve the Lord and instill a love for Israel.

After taking a bread making class in Paris he made wonderful homemade bread and using his Mom's recipe could make some killer fudge too.

The eternal God is thy refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms." Deuteronomy 33:27

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at River Hills Christian Church- 6300 Price Road, Loveland, OH 45140. The funeral service will be held the following morning on Saturday, April 20, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM at the church. Burial will immediately follow at Evergreen Cemetery - 234 Center St, Miamiville, OH 45147. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Cincinnati Challenge Ranch - PO Box 249, Milford, OH 45150. (Link below)
