Jane Lynn Pegg

We sadly announce the passing of Jane Lynn Pegg (nee Griffin), 61, on April 10, 2023. Following a long struggle with cancer, Jane passed quietly at home (Loveland, Ohio) with family at her side.

Jane’s life seems too short, but those of us who were blessed to be touched by her know that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts will stay with us forever. Not a day went by where Jane didn't talk about how much her family, especially her three beautiful granddaughters, meant to her – Jane’s family was unquestionably her dearest and most important achievement in life.

Though Jane was a hard and responsible worker for many years, she cherished the ‘off’ time with her family and friends. Whether a beach vacation or enjoying the Kentucky Derby in style, she knew how to have fun. And she absolutely loved the holidays, especially Christmas – always a big event for the entire family!

Jane is survived by her loving husband, Darrenn Pegg, their children Michelle Carney and Darrenn L. Pegg, their grandchildren Madyson, Aislynn and Marianne Pegg, and her sisters Cindy (Griffin) Hill-Luff and Lisa (Griffin) McClanahan. She was preceded in death by her parents Patricia (Blair) Griffin and Nicholas Griffin.
