Janice E. Roy

Janice E. Roy age 84, of Batavia, passed away September 7, 2021, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born February 1, 1937 in Cincinnati the daughter of Winfrey A. and Notie Bell (nee Henry) Lester. She retired from Goodwill in Loveland as a clerk. Her husband Hulon "Adrian" Roy preceded her in death in May of 2002. She is the loving mother of Teresa Borgemenke, Charles (Angela) Tuerck Jr.,
Linda G. (Tim) Cole and Susan Smith, devoted grandmother of Devan (James) Grossnickle, Kathleen Tuerck, T.J. Cole, Joe Smith, Michael Tuerck, step grandmother of; Stephen (Tia) Knight, Patricia (Ben) Cote, great grandmother of; Kaleb, Connor, Corbin, Brooklyn, Xavier, Alex, Beatrice, Harry, Abigail, Angela, Dominic and Annabelle, dear sister of; Judy Purcell and Tim (Kelly) Lester, the Roy family and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be 1:30 PM Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Union Cemetery in Symmes Township. A visitation for family and friends will be 11:30 to 12:30 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, OH 45122 before the Graveside Service. The family ask that ALL VISITORS WEAR A MASK DURING THE VISITATION AND GRAVESIDE.
