Janie Blanchard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Janie Lynn Blanchard, who left this world on December 17, 2025, in Blanchester, Ohio, just days after celebrating her 64th birthday. Born on December 14, 1961, in Mariemont, Ohio, Janie was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Janie was a proud member of the Blanchard family and is survived by her devoted mother, Ann Blanchard, and her brother, Robert Blanchard, daughter in law Tracy Vance (Troy), grandchildren Michael D. Blanchard, Jr., Jaden Blanchard, Trinity Blanchard, Allie Vance, Carter Vance, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Throughout her life, she faced challenges with remarkable courage and resilience, embodying a spirit of determination that inspired those around her.

Though Janie lived with disabilities, she filled her days with love and laughter, always finding joy in the simple things. Her unique perspective on life and her infectious smile brought light to many moments, leaving lasting memories for all who knew her.

As we prepare to honor Janie's life, we invite friends and family to join us in commemorating her journey. Services will be announced at a later date, where we will gather in remembrance of a wonderful soul who will be missed dearly. Details regarding the ceremonies will be shared soon, as we come together to celebrate Janie's spirit and the indelible mark she left on our hearts.

Janie was preceded in death by her father Clarence Blanchard and brother Michael Blanchard and her son Michael D. Blanchard.
