Jason Avery Smith II, beloved son of Jason Avery Smith and Lorri Lynn Wells Shepherd and Clay Shepherd, loving father of Ryker Lee Thomas Smith and Jaxton Alfonso Hoffer-Smith, brother of Christal (Jeff) Smith-Wolf and Jacob Austin Smith, uncle of Chace Wolf, Grandson of Donald E. Smith, Ruth E. Smith, Jenemae Wells and the late William Wells Sr., nephew of William (Gail) Wells Jr., Terri (Jim) Moore, Jeff Wells and Rozonna (Bob) Johnson, also survived by numerous cousins and a host of friends. Passed away due to complications of epilepsy on May 1, 2019 at the age of 28. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Monday, May 6th from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday beginning at 10 AM with burial following at Goshen Cemetery.
