Jasper Cleveland Chalfonte Jr.

Jasper Cleveland Chalfonte Jr age 92, of Milford, passed August 7, 2016 at the Brookwood Retirement Community in Cincinnati. He was born January 20, 1924 in Indian Hill, the son of Jasper Cleveland and Grace Sparks Chalfonte Sr. He was a graduate of Terrace Park High School and a WWII Navy Veteran. He retired from Cincinnati Bell in the Public Affairs department. He and his wife of 69 years, Jane Spence Chalfonte were married at the Milford Methodist Church. Jane survives along with their children, Cindy Chalfonte and Melinda (Scott) Evans, grandchildren, Adam Evans, Amanda Baer, Katie Anderson, Emily West and great grandchildren, Maxwell Baer and Sophia Anderson. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his 4 sisters. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Greenlawn Cemetery on St. Rt. 50 in Milford. Reverend Brian Wikoff will officiate. His family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to the charity of one's choice. Condolences may be made below.
