Jean Ann Sheehy

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Ann Sheehy, 93, of Milford, Ohio, who departed this life peacefully on August 7, 2025. Born on March 9, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jean Ann's love of God led her to a life dedicated to serving others, embodying compassion and kindness in all she did. Her love of family and others became a cornerstone of her life.As a volunteer with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton's St. Vincent de Paul ministry, Jean Ann was a natural servant, consistently giving her time and love to those in need. Her legacy of selflessness will be cherished by all who had the honor of knowing her.Jean Ann is survived by her children: Michael (Donna) Sheehy, Deirdre (Tony) Mahne, Timothy (Catrina) Sheehy, Susan (Tracy) Crowe, Frank (Kim) Sheehy, Libby Sheehy, Andrew Sheehy, and John (Nancy) Sheehy; her dear brothers Mark, George and Randy Miller; and a vibrant family of 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, her dear friend Harry Brose, who she knew since grade school, all of whom will carry forward her spirit of love and generosity.A Mass in celebration of Jean Ann's life will be held on August 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory. Prior to the Mass, a visitation will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, allowing loved ones to come together to share stories and reflect on the profound impact Jean Ann had on their lives.Following the service, Jean Ann will be laid to rest at St. Patrick Cemetery, Fayetteville, Ohio, where family members will gather for her burial, paying tribute to a remarkable woman whose light will continue to shine brightly in their hearts.As we remember Jean Ann Sheehy, let us celebrate her unwavering spirit and the countless lives she touched through her kindness, warmth, and dedication to serving others. She will be deeply missed, yet forever cherished in our hearts.Jean Ann was preceded in death by: her parents Waldo & Florence Miller, husband James Patrick Sheehy, and brothers Richard and David Miller.
