Jeanne C. Vogel, a devoted wife, caring mother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on September 22, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jeanne lived a rich and meaningful life that touched everyone around her. She resided in Milford, Ohio, where she created a warm and loving home for her family.
Jeanne was the beloved spouse of Harold T. Vogel for an incredible 66 years, a partnership marked by love, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they raised their daughter Kathy (William) Vick, who will forever honor her mother's legacy of kindness and dedication. Jeanne was also the proud mother of the late Kenneth E. Vogel, whose memory remains a cherished part of her life.
A woman of strong faith, Jeanne found deep joy in her church community. She was actively involved, often volunteering her time and talents to help others while joyously praising Jesus through worship and song. Her genuine compassion for those around her made a lasting impact, and her spirit of service was a testament to her loving nature.
Jeanne was also known for her exceptional cooking skills, often enchanting her family with delightful meals that brought everyone together. Family gatherings were at the heart of her life, and she treasured the moments spent with her loved ones, filling every occasion with warmth and love.
Jeanne is also survived by her siblings, Tony Schank and Rosemary Bryan, who will carry on her memory with fondness.
A visitation will be held in her honor at the Christian Life Center Church, 509 Roney Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45244, on Thursday, Aug. 13th from 10 AM until time of worship services beginning at 11 AM. Following the service, Jeanne will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
In this time of mourning, Jeanne's family encourages all who knew her to remember her unwavering faith, her loving spirit, and the laughter she brought into their lives. She will be deeply missed, yet her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
