Jeffery L. Williams

Jeffery L. Williams, age 56, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, surrounded by the lasting love of his family.

Born on September 24, 1968, Jeff was a shining light in the lives of all who knew him. A devoted and loving husband to his wife of 37 years, Shanna Williams, Jeff perfectly embodied the spirit of family.

He is survived by his wife Shanna, beloved children, Jeff (Katie) and Jon (Shelley) Williams, and his cherished grandchild, JD Williams. Jeff also leaves behind his two brothers, Johnny Ray (Rosa) and Jim (Kathy) Williams, along with countless nieces and nephews, all of whom were touched by his warmth and kindness. He was preceded in death by his sister, Patsy Steiber, and his parents, John and Margie Williams.

Jeff was a remarkable man who never met a stranger, making friends easily with his big heart and welcoming demeanor. He was known for his ability to talk about anything and to offer sage advice born from his own life experiences. A passionate outdoorsman, Jeff loved to fish and cherished the time spent visiting family in the Tennessee mountains. His stubborn yet loving nature was a testament to his dedication to family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at noon, at John H. Evans Funeral Home, located at 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, Ohio 45122. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help offset funeral expenses directly to Jeff or Jonathon.

Though he has departed from this earth, Jeff is now pain-free and will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. His love, laughter, and stories will be forever cherished, and he will be missed deeply by all who had the privilege of calling him a friend.
