Tarvin "Buck" and Evelyn Tarvin (nee Kennedy); Brother of Susan Meeker; Survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Jeff will be missed by his canine companion, Gracie Mae; Jeff passed away Tuesday April 30, 2024, Age 70 years; Resident of Union Township; There will be a visitation at Life Change Church 701 Chamber Drive Milford, Ohio 45150 Monday May 6, 2024, from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
