Jerome Kranack Sr., a dedicated lover of classic cars and owner of the renowned Leather Interiors, passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 86. Born on August 27, 1937, Jerome was known for his passion for car shows, where he would often be found admiring the timeless beauty of vintage automobiles.
In his spare time, Jerome found joy in playing racquetball, a sport that kept him active and engaged. His love for the thrill of speed extended beyond the court, as he cherished watching and attending car races, where he could witness the raw power and excitement of the sport.
As a seasoned traveler, Jerome explored the world, collecting memories and experiences that enriched his life. Yet, amidst his adventures, he always treasured moments spent with his grandchildren, finding joy in their laughter and company.
Jerome's allegiance to his hometown teams, the Steelers football team and the Cincinnati Reds baseball team, showcased his unwavering loyalty and passion for sports. His enthusiasm for cheering on his favorite teams brought him closer to his community and added fervor to his life.
Jerome is preceded in death by his wife Carole Conover Kranack. He is survived by his children Jane (Jim Shields) Kranack, Jerry Kranack and Michael (Paige) Kranack and his grandchildren Norah and Charlie.
A graveside service to honor Jerome Kranack's life will be held at St. Andrew Cemetery on July 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his enduring legacy and the remarkable impact he had on all who knew him. In fond remembrance, Jerome will forever be cherished for his love of classic cars, dedication to his work, and the joy he found in the simple pleasures of life.
