Beloved husband of Anita Carter and the late Ersie Fay carter; Loving father of Elizabeth (Brian) Gregory and Matthew (Michelle) Carter; Grandfather of Sarah, Kimmy, Samantha, Katrina, Jerry, Hayden and Bethany. Also survived by his sister Debbie Rice. Preceded in death by siblings Tommy, Harvey, Danny, Lonnie and Judy Carter.
