With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Jesse David Feist, a bright light in our lives, who left us far too soon at the age of 23. Born on July 18, 2003, in Lansing, Michigan, to Karl "Scott" Feist and Elizabeth A. Fink. Jesse came to Milford, OH, when he was very young, where he blossomed into a witty, funny, and outgoing young man. He was known for his incredible sense of humor and sharp intellect, often lighting up rooms with his jokes and laughter.
Jesse was a hard-working soul, dedicating his efforts to KSF Professional Painting alongside his father, Scott Feist. His commitment and dedication shone through as he became his dad's right-hand man, seamlessly blending his education from the Heavy Equipment program at Live Oaks with his work in the family business.
Beyond his professional life, Jesse was a generous and kind-hearted individual who cherished the outdoors, especially moments spent at the lake or hiking through the woods. He deeply valued family gatherings, birthdays, and eagerly looked forward to vacations with loved ones. In his free time, he enjoyed a wide range of activities, he loved his Heelys, videogaming, skateboarding, and exploring the worlds of Pokémon, Dragon Ball Z, and Five Nights At Freddy's, all while embracing his inner superhero as a devoted Batman fan. He possessed a great love for animals, especially his cherished cat, Sammy, who brought him joy and comfort.
Jesse is survived by his loving father and stepmother, Scott (Jill) Feist, and his mother, Elizabeth Shope; Loving brother of Nate Feist, Jeremiah Feist, Jake Feist, Joey Feist, Mercy Feist, Faith Feist, Gabriel Merrick, Angelina Shope, and Bobby Shope; Dear nephew of Melissa Feist. Jesse is also survived by his paternal grandmother Patty Welz, paternal step-grandmother Carla Feist, maternal grandmother Barbara M., as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Jesse is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Karl Feist and his maternal grandfather Randy Fink.
In honor of Jesse's vibrant spirit, a visitation will take place on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cincinnati Challenge Ranch. The family would love to have everyone stay after the visitation for a meaningful celebration of life from 7pm to 9:30 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, also at Cincinnati Challenge Ranch. Burial will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
As we remember Jesse, we invite all to join us in celebrating his life, sharing stories, and embracing the joy he brought to our lives. His spirit will forever resonate in our hearts.
