Joan Fithen

Joan (Neat) Fithen, beloved wife of fifty years to D. Roger Fithen; loving mother of Jeff (Jenny) Fithen and Amy Fithen; cherished Mamaw of Cole Fithen and Zoe Fithen; and dear sister of Jan Ritchey (her twin), Ron (Roma) Neat, Bill Neat, Sylvia Hezler, and Tim Neat. Preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Ethel Mae (Gordon) Neat; and sister, Beverly Long. Went home to be with the Lord on November 10, 2019. Resident of Williamsburg, Ohio. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Evans Funeral Home, Milford is serving the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or a charity of your choice.
