Joan Marie Sence

Joan Marie Sence, age 84, of Milford passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Jewish Hospital in Kenwood. She was born April 15, 1936 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin the daughter of Herb and Riley (nee Bauer) Limburg. In October 1955 she married her husband of 33 years, Leonard Sence who preceded her in death in 1988. Joan was a homemaker and loved being a wife, mother and grandmother. She also enjoyed being part of the family landscape business, LTD Landscapes in Milford. She was an active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, helping with many aspects of her church community. She is the loving mother of 3 sons and their wives; Dave and Karen Sence, Tim and Beth Sence and John and Lori Sence, devoted grandmother of Leah Sence, Sam Sence, Ben Sence, Zach Sence, Carson Sence and Luke Sence. Due to covid, her visitation and service will be limited to family and close friends of Joan. For family and friends who wish to watch the live stream of her service, it will begin at 2PM Wednesday, February 10, 2021at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 5767 Wolfpen Pleasant Hill Rd. Milford, Ohio 45150 Reverend Kirk Peterson will officiate. Burial will take place in the Waco Cemetery, in their hometown of Haysville, Kansas on Saturday February 13th. Her family requests memorials in her honor, to the Trinty United Methodist Church at the address above.
