Joann Callahan

Jo Ann E. Callahan, age 78 of Milford, OH passed away, Wednesday January 16, 2019 at Anderson Mercy Hospital. She was born August 12, 1940 in Cincinnati, OH. The Daughter of Hilda and Harry Hollerman. Jo Ann was a resident of Milford for 56 years, she volunteered her time within the community at Trinity United Methodist for Whiz kids, and at the Milford Christian Church at their Miami Ministries. She was also a Secretary for the late Lou Levi and Late Stephen Kurlansky of Downtown Cincinnati, and was a Secretary for the board of EMS Miami Township and at Evan Funeral Home in Milford. She was an abundant reader, she enjoyed cross stitching and making baby blankets and knitting, she also enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She survived her children and spouses: Kelly & Rusty Idler, Tracy & (Late) David Wolf, grandchildren; Victor Werle, A.j. Werle, Amanda Callahan, Rachel McCarty, great- grandchildren; Keegan & Kirstin Callahan-Dunn. She survived her Brothers and Sisters of the heart; Lynn Buckler, Sandy Adamson, Elizabeth Douglas, Bob Jones, Kevin Sebastian, Dr. Cecil Staud. Survived her son of the heart Christopher Gaynor
Visitation will be held on January 26, 2019 from 12pm-1pm with a service followed immediately afterwards and Evan Funeral Home at 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio 45150, Followed by a Celebration of Life at Trinity United Methodist Church at 5676 Wolfpen Pleasant Hill Rd, Milford, Ohio 45150.
