Jody Charles Altom

Jody Charles Altom was born on February 4, 1964, to the late Jimmy C. Altom and Judy J. (nee Hatfield) Altom. Jody was the beloved husband of 35 years to the late Robin K. (nee Dowell) Altom. Loving father of Heather & Nathaniel Perdue, Chelsea & Nicholas Toerner, and Emily & Thomas Campbell, Jr. Cherished Papa of Conner Altom, Elliana Toerner, Scarlett Toerner, and Gracie Campbell. Dear brother of Jeff (Jinger) Altom and Todd (Melissa) Altom. Jody is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jody loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed being outdoors, spending time in the woods, and hunting. Jody was a big fan of rock music, especially the 80’s, and was also a Cincinnati Bengals fan. Jody will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Jody passed away on December 24, 2023, at the age of 59. Resident of Lebanon, OH. A visitation and memorial service will be at Evans Funeral Home - Goshen 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio 45122 held on Monday, January 8, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation.
