John R. Borkowski

John Robert Borkowski, age 71 of Cincinnati died March 9, 2016 at the Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash. He was born June 10, 1944 in Staten Island, New York the son of John Walter and Louise DeForest Borkowski. He is a U.S. Army Veteran. On February 4, 1964 he married Sandra Hansel Borkowski, who survives. His employment with the Proctor & Gamble Company brought he and his family to the Cincinnati area where he retired after 27 years of service as a manager. He retired a second time from Lowe's after 15 years service as a tool specialist. Along with his wife Sandra, he is survived by his sons & daughters-in-law; John & Jeannetta Borkowski Jr., William "Bill" & Angela Borkowski Sr., daughter & son-in-law; Erin Joyce & Eric Gentry, 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddchild, one sister; Lois Juccparone. His parents and his sister, Mary Lou Cuamano preceded him in death. Private memorial services will be held in both Ohio and New York.
