John Ray Cook

John Ray Cook age 45 of Loveland, passed away un-expectantly February 10, 2022 at his residence. He was born October 12, 1976 in Cincinnati, the son of the late John and Donna (nee Workman) Cook. He was a graduate of Little Miami High School and the owner of CJ Cook Electric. John was an avid duck hunter. He is survived by his mother; Donna Cook McNeilan, former wife; Andrea Cook, daughters; Avery, Cameron and Meredith Cook, his brother; Jeremy Cook, sister; Tawanna Combs, niece; Angela Combs, nephews; Billy Combs, Ryan, Noah and Tanner Cook. Along with his father, John was preceded in death by his son; Johnny Cook. Services will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH at 1:30 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2022 with visitation beginning at 11:30 AM. Burial will be private for the family on Thursday at the Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. His family requests memorials in his honor be made to Ducks Unlimited at ducks.org under the donation tab or to Trout Unlimited at tu.org.
